On Saturday, May 13th the Studio performance season drew to a close with our final event of the 2016/2017 performance season - the Studio Spring Recital! The recital featured fifteen of our students playing a diverse range of repertoire from Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to Violin Concertos. Together with collaborate pianist, Brian Stevens, each student took the stage at Northlea United Church and gave one fantastic performance after another! It was extremely exciting to see and hear the growth each of our students made throughout the year; both as a musicians and a performers. Following the recital, a small reception took place complete with cake and many other tasty treats!
Bravo to all of our students for their superb recital performances and a stelar year of making music - we can't wait to see what you do next season; and a big thank you to all the parents, friends and family members for their neverending support!
Be sure to click through the gallery above for a closer look at all the recital action.
