2017 Fall Studio Recital Highlights

Saturday, November 25th brought about the second event of the 2017/2018 performance season, as fifteen Cavatina students took to the stage for the the Fall Studio Recital!
In preparation for the recital, students placed extra focus on using phrasing and dynamics to communicate their ideas through music; and it was so much fun to watch each of student bring their pieces to life with their own unique musical interpretations.
The sanctuary at Northlea United once again provided the perfect atmospheric and acoustic backdrop for the evening; and each student was joined on stage by collaborative pianist Christopher Siu.
The evening concluded with a post recital reception, compete with cake! Congratulations to all participating students, for an evening of wonderful performances!
